Remaking of Mumbai

We, at Remaking of Mumbai Federation, have taken up the herculean task of redevelopment of old and dilapidated buildings in island city of Mumbai. They are appx. 32,000 buildings which have outlived their life and can fall any time.People are still living in these houses under shadow of death. We believe that sustainable and vertical development with cluster approach is the only solution to this typical problem.
Mumbai is bursting at the seams due to influx of migrants from other parts of the country to this financial magnet. The resultant of all this is an overpopulated city with an unbearable load on a crumbling infrastructure and pressure on every available open space.
