“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died.
Rather we should thank God that such men lived.”
-George S. Patton, Jr.

(31-08-1942 – 23-03-2010)
We deeply regret to confirm the sudden demise of our beloved chairman and mentor Shri Lalit Gandhi on the 23rd March 2010 due to cardiac arrest. Mr Gandhi, known for his persistence, courage and confidence initiated the concept of redevelopment of old and dilapidated buildings in Mumbai via cluster development and gave it shape and identity in the form of Remaking of Mumbai Federation. He truly was a visionary, a great leader and an inspiration to all of us. He has ignited the fire in us to improve our city infrastructure and we will make sure that it keeps burning till we achieve our goals. His love for Mumbai knew no bounds and till his last breath he spoke about relentlessly working to improve the standard of living for lakhs of citizens in C ward.
